High-efficiency dissolved air flotation integrated equipment

SY-DAF high-efficiency dissolved air flotation integrated equipment is a purification and oxygenation device that uses microbubbles generated by the equipment to come into contact with suspended solids in wastewater, causing the density of suspended solids to be lower than that of water. This enables the suspended solids to quickly float to the surface of the wastewater, achieving the removal of suspended solids (including small particles such as oils and fats that are insoluble in water) from the water. It can be applied in pre-treatment to reduce backend process load, oil removal, reclaimed water reuse, landscape water circulation, deep treatment, tail water phosphorus removal and other process stages. It is a key core equipment for removing suspended solids, reducing BOD, COD, total phosphorus, and increasing dissolved oxygen in water.

Clean water is discharged from the central axis through overflow treatment to meet the standard. When suspended solid matter settles on the cloth and the water level inside the filter increases, the cleaning program is activated, the turntable starts to rotate, the suction pump starts, and the suction box is connected to remove the solids intercepted by the filter cloth and restore the filtering ability.

SY-DF Denitrification Deep Bed Filter is a gravity flow biofilter that integrates filtration and denitrification, achieving effective removal of suspended solids (SS) and nitrate ammonia (NOx-N) in one treatment unit. The filter bed uses 2-3mm natural quartz sand as the filtration medium, providing a good attachment environment for the growth of biofilm. Denitrifying bacteria use an external carbon source as the electron donor and nitrate nitrogen as the electron acceptor to convert nitrate nitrogen into nitrogen gas, which not only efficiently deammonizes but also effectively improves the retention efficiency of SS. TN ≤ 3mg/L, SS ≤ 5mg/L, TP ≤ 0.3mg/L in the effluent, easily reaching the surface level of Class IV effluent.
