Large-Scale Containerized Seawater Desalination Plant integrates a complete medium- to large-scale seawater desalination system into a standard container, creating a rapidly deployable, plug-and-play, and efficient water production base. It seamlessly combines the portability of a container with proven reverse osmosis desalination technology, offering a cutting-edge solution for addressing regional water shortages, emergency water supply, and large-scale industrial water needs.
The core process of this plant is the same as that of a large, stationary plant, primarily utilizing reverse osmosis technology. The workflow includes water intake, multi-stage precision pretreatment (removal of suspended solids and colloids), pressurization with high-pressure pumps, desalination using reverse osmosis membranes, and post-mineralization for water quality control. All stages, including pumps, membrane housings, energy recovery devices, and control systems, are compactly arranged within the limited space of the container, demonstrating a high level of engineering integration.
