Don't forget the old district of Hengkantou Village in Yuyao on the road to prosperity. Drinking reassuring water

Drinking water safety is closely related to people's well-being. Hengkantou Village, located in Yuyao, is the central location of the anti Japanese base in eastern Zhejiang, but the people have a problem with drinking water.
Originally, Hengkantou Village was located far from the core area of the town and some natural villages had higher terrain, so the municipal tap water has not yet been covered. The overall water quality in the area is good, but during the rainy season, the turbidity of the water is high, resulting in significant fluctuations in water quality. In recent years, the local government has come up with many methods, but although traditional purification processes can play a certain role in reducing turbidity and disinfection, they still cannot remove residual chlorine, organic matter, colloids, and other substances in water.

How to provide good water for the residents in the old area? Recently, Hengkantou Village has built a "Sunshine Water Station" using a new water purification technology, covering three surrounding natural villages (Hengkantou, Niujiao, and Dalingxia), which can meet the safe drinking water needs of about 1500 people.
It is reported that the water purification equipment of the "Sunshine Water Station" is independently developed and produced by the Water Art Group. It adopts an ultrafiltration water purification system, which can effectively remove pollutants such as particulate matter, bacteria, viruses, colloids, and large molecular organic matter in the water, while retaining some beneficial mineral elements for the human body. The effluent quality fully meets the 106 indicators of the "Sanitary Standards for Drinking Water" (GB5749-2006).

From drinking water to drinking convenient water, and then to drinking safe water, with the advancement of agricultural drinking water and people's livelihood projects, revolutionary old areas are on the road to common prosperity.
